Opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Roles and Responsibilities: Create, update, and maintain storyboards and instructional content for online self-study training modules tailored to automotive service advisors, ensuring alignment with customer service best practices, dealership processes, and brand standards. Conduct market research and analyze service advisor performance data and learner feedback to identify training needs, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and dealership personnel to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and engaging. Manage and contribute to special projects related to service advisor development, customer experience, and dealership operations. Daily Tasks: Use Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and other digital tools to create, edit, and maintain instructional materials and eLearning content in an office environment. Work closely with SMEs to translate dealership processes and customer service strategies into effective training content. Required Skills:2 to 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, preferably as a service advisor, service manager, or trainer. Strong understanding of dealership workflows, customer service principles, and service advisor responsibilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and general AI tools for content development. Ability to interpret complex service processes and customer interactions and translate them into clear, engaging instructional content. Desired Skills (Preferred, Not Required):ASE C1 certification or equivalent experience in service consulting. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Automotive Mgt., or a related field. Experience working in a Honda or Acura dealership service department. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate).
