Sales Executive – Telecom Services

Location : Southeast Georgia (Savannah or Brunswick area)

Industry : Telecommunications, Broadband Internet

Travel : Local travel required

They are hiring a Sales Executive that will be responsible for driving new business across residential developments, focusing on expanding service agreements with property stakeholders and decision-makers. This role combines relationship-building with strategic outreach to grow market share in designated territories.

Focus:

• Develop and win new business opportunities within multi-unit residential properties
• Build strong relationships with property owners, managers, and developers
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Track pipeline activity and meet monthly targets

Skill Set:

• 5+ years of experience selling residential technology or utility services
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a field sales role.
• Proven ability to negotiate property access and high-volume service contracts with residential communities.
• Skilled in presenting to and influencing senior-level stakeholders.
• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• In-depth knowledge of broadband solutions tailored for high-density housing communities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
