Position: Project Coordinator
Location: South Bend, Indiana (100% onsite)

Overview of the Project Coordinator role:
• Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and aligned with timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain a project performance database to track progress and milestone achievement.
• Coordinate project schedules and documentation including drawings, specifications, change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
• Process financial transactions in the ERP system and communicate key financial data to project managers and teams.
• Monitor and assign resources to boost project efficiency and deliverable output.
• Report project risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external vendors or partners.
• Enter, revise, and manage purchase orders; receive and close materials as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
Preferred Qualifications for the Project Coordinator role:
• 2–3 years of experience in an electrical, mechanical, construction, or accounting environment.
• OR a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting/Finance, or a related discipline in lieu of experience.
• 3+ years of technical knowledge in construction or as a project coordinator preferred.
• Professional certification such as PMP is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to learn work-specific technologies quickly.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with active listening skills and the ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
• Strong organization, planning, and time management abilities.
Salary: $43,000 to $47,000 depending on experience
