Position: Marketing Assistant

Compensation:  $22 - $25 /hour, depending on experience

Location:  Raleigh, North Carolina

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled  Marketing Assistant  to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and execute marketing materials and brand content
  
  
• Manage marketing campaign materials with cross-functional stakeholders
  
  
• Launch finished materials for stakeholder usage
  
  
• Track and share monthly reporting of material usage
  
  
• Support strategic initiatives and project plan management
  
  
• Communicate actively with internal stakeholders and agency partners
  
  
• Manage development and launch timeline/deadlines
  
  
• Craft and deliver field communications
  
  
• Assess consumer and provider trends and draft plans
  
  
• Provide systematic and dependable follow-up
  
  
  

  Required Qualifications & Experience:

  
  
  
  • BA is required
    
    
  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, agency, or project management
    
    
  • Proficiency in managing marketing campaign materials
    
    
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
    
    
    

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

    
    
    
    • Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or skincare/beauty industry
      
      
    • Familiarity with Veeva Vault or similar platforms
