Job Summary: Commercial Office Cleaner

Chappells Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Office Cleaner with a minimum of three (3) years of commercial cleaning experience to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in office environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, hygienic, and professional workspace for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office spaces, hallways, and common areas
• Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as needed
• Restock restroom and kitchen supplies
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
• Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Float between multiple locations as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial cleaning experience required
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between locations
• Must maintain an active cell phone at all times for receiving job assignments and clocking in/out at job sites.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible shifts (evening and weekend availability are required)
• Weekly pay for added convenience
