* QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper at The Steel Network -
Durham NC (Located in RTP near RDU)

Responsibilities: - Utilize your expertise in QuickBooks Online to accurately record and manage financial transactions.
- Perform thorough balance sheet reconciliations, including accrued expenses, loans, and intercompany transactions.
- Accounts Payable data entry and transaction download processes proficiency required.
- Collect, organize, and maintain W-9 forms and tax exemption certificates in compliance with regulations.
- Multi-state sales and use tax monthly reporting.
- Administer and maintain company credit policy with customers.
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis as required.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding financial data and sensitive information.
Qualifications: - Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential; previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge of or experience with Comsense Software is certainly a plus .
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organized and capable of multitasking to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is advantageous.
