REQUIREMENTS

-must have 3 months Class A experience within last 3 years (truck school will not count)

-no SAP drivers

-must live in Durham and surrounding area (CANNOT hire out of Raleigh)

-tickets, accidents, criminal history will be reviewed case by case

JOB DETAILS

Home Daily!

-On very rare occasions, you may stay out overnight in a hotel.
-Current schedule is a rotating schedule of 6 days worked/34-hour restart, then 5 days worked/2 days off. There are plenty of opportunities to make money!
-1,250 average miles per week.
-100% No-Touch Refrigerated Freight delivering to Walmart & Sam's Club stores.
- Delivery Area: SC, NC, TN, and VA (within 300 miles of Walmart Henderson DC).
-Night shifts with a start time between 10 PM - 2 AM including every weekend. (Most loads deliver at night for easier stocking & less traffic).
-International, Freightliner, and Kenworth day cabs (slip seating).
-Routes: 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip (occasional 10-hour break on the road).
-On Site Orientation: 1-day classroom training ($50) + 2-3 days ride-along training ($100/day).

Pay Structure:
• Average Weekly Gross: $1,200+ (must work full schedule)
• Annual Earnings Potential: Up to $70,000
• Mileage pay or Lane Minimum Pay on each route: Pays whichever is greater
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop

Lane/Minimum Run Pay:
• 0-50 miles: $41
• 51-75 miles: $48
• 76-100 miles: $64
• 101-125 miles: $74
• 126-150 miles: $82
• 151-175 miles: $84
• 176-200 miles: $93
• 201-225 miles: $96
• 226+ miles: Paid per mile (see below)

Experience Based Pay 
0-11 Months $0.45
12 - 35 Months $0.47
36 - 59 Months $0.50
60 - 83 Months $0.51
84 - 119 Months $0.52
10+ Years $0.54
