Kelly Services is working with a well-branded client and seeking a Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Online in Buffalo NY. The role will support financial reports, data entries, G/L and banking services using QuickBooks software. See the job details below, and if interested, submit your resume by clicking the APPLY NOW link. ___________________________________________ Job Title: Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Online Location: Buffalo NY Pay Rate: $25/HR Schedule: MO - FR, 8am - 5pm I 40-hrs work week Position: Full Time, Contract to Direct Hire Job Duties “At-a-Glance”: Enter financial reports using QuickBooks Online Heavy data entry for reports, invoicing and matching payments Process Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables on-time Reconciliations and banking transactions using QuickBooks Online Manage fiscal and status reports and records Work Requirements and Preferences: HS Diploma/GED, AS Degree is a plus 2-years experience of bookkeeping QuickBooks Online, MS Suite, and strong MS Excel experience As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
