Who We're Looking For

You will be responsible for shaping the creative direction of our rapidly growing business, which experienced 220% growth between 2023 and 2024 and is on track to hit $5 million in revenue this year. A key objective will be scaling our YouTube channel from 20,000 to 50,000+ subscribers through strategic content planning and exceptional video direction.

This role isn't for someone who needs micromanagement or constant feedback. It's for someone who can take ownership of our creative output, make high-quality decisions independently, and deliver exceptional work consistently. You'll build and maintain our production studio while ensuring every piece of content meets our high standards.

Expectations

As Creative Strategist/Editor, you will:

• Edit video content daily for YouTube, courses, advertisements, and social media
• Scale Youtube growth from 20,000 subscribers to 50,000
• Manage and maintain our video production studio including camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup
• Oversee brand consistency across all creative assets and platforms
• Collaborate with marketing team to align creative vision with campaign needs
• Direct video shoots to ensure quality, on-brand footage
• Create content calendars and creative workflows in our project management system
• Implement feedback cycles for continuous improvement of our content
• Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met with excellence

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years experience in video editing and creative direction
• You're proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro
• You understand how to create content that converts in the digital education space
• You take complete ownership of your work and proactively solve problems
• You're detail-oriented and committed to excellence in every frame
• You thrive in a structured environment with clear goals and accountability
