No prior technician experience required – just bring a good attitude and willingness to learn!

• Maintain and operate equipment in a high-tech manufacturing environment
• Monitor and troubleshoot systems for efficiency and safety
• Work with engineering and maintenance teams to solve technical issues

Your journey begins with our 4-week paid training program designed to teach you:

• Basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC skills based on position
• Equipment basics & system operations
• Troubleshooting & problem solving
• Safety protocols
• Maintenance standards

After completing training, you'll officially step into the role of Maintenance Technician at $25/hr.
