What You'll Do at Sol  

• Analyze system requirements and ensure alignment with business needs and technical capabilities. 

• Design, configure, and implement system integration solutions across multiple platforms. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and QA teams to drive system integration initiatives. 

• Develop and maintain integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware solutions. 

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure quality and reliability. 

• Troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely solutions and continuous improvements. 

• Create detailed system documentation, including system design diagrams, process workflows, and technical user guides. 

• Lead client workshops and training sessions on integration solutions and system functionalities. 

• Maintain strong, trusting, long-term business relationships with clients through strong technical delivery and interpersonal skills. 

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years in consulting, systems integration, solution architecture, or relevant industry work. 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Systems Architecture, or related fields. 

• Strong understanding of system integration methods (e.g., APIs, ETL, messaging protocols) and architecture patterns. 

• Experience working within large-scale, highly interconnected systems across domestic and international operations. 

• Hands-on experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica, etc.). 

• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite / Teams / 365, with ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise presentations and documentation. 

• Ability to speak comfortably and persuasively in front of executive audiences and lead productive technical discussions among diverse stakeholder groups. 

• Ability to quickly adopt potential client workplace communications and productivity platforms (e.g. Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
