We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Belmont Outlet Store.

As a true brand ambassador, you’ll be responsible for driving commercial performance, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and upholding Fusalp’s premium image.

🚀 Your Mission

• Lead commercial activity : Monitor key performance indicators (sales, conversion, units per transaction, average basket), implement action plans, and hit monthly targets
• Inspire and lead your team : Recruitment, training, daily coaching, and individual development support
• Ensure operational excellence : Oversee stock management, enforce procedures, and deliver accurate reporting
• Deliver an exceptional client experience : Ensure warm welcomes, personalized advice, and customer loyalty
• Maintain the store’s premium image : Apply visual merchandising standards, keep the store pristine, and highlight collections effectively

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience (3 to 5+ years) as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment
• Strong retail know-how and a sharp eye for product
• Natural leadership, a hands-on mindset, and a strong sense of integrity
• Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Comfortable working with KPIs and performance management tools
