Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for Special Education Teachers with expertise in Dyslexia instruction, available in New Braunfels, TX. We are seeking dedicated educators to support elementary students through both full-time and part-time positions. Candidates must hold EC-4, EC-6, or EC-12 teaching certifications. Special consideration will be given to those with prior experience serving as Dyslexia teachers and case managers.

Position Details:

• 2 Full-Time roles: standard school hours
• 2 Part-Time roles: 4-hour days, 5 days per week
• Elementary level teaching focus
• Contract positions for the upcoming school year beginning August 14th (first day of students)
• Special need for 2 Dyslexia case managers to join the department

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver specialized instruction tailored to students with dyslexia and other learning differences
• Manage caseloads of students with Dyslexia, maintaining individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress tracking
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, families, and support staff to create inclusive learning environments
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed for optimal outcomes

Qualifications:

• Valid EC-4, EC-6, or EC-12 Special Education teaching certification
• Demonstrated experience working as a Dyslexia teacher or case manager preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student-centered education and ability to work within a team setting
