Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and resourceful Small Business Advisor to help entrepreneurs and small business owners navigate the challenges of starting, managing, and growing their businesses. In this role, you will provide expert guidance, develop strategic plans, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting small business success.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized advice on business planning, operations, marketing, and financial management.
Analyze business challenges and recommend practical, results-oriented solutions.
Assist clients in identifying growth opportunities and addressing risks.
Support clients in developing business plans, budgets, and performance goals.
Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and resources to better serve clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business advising, consulting, or management, preferably with small businesses.
Strong knowledge of business operations, financial principles, and marketing strategies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and inspire confidence in clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience (preferred) or a proven success record in sales.
Sales experience a huge plus!
Desire to learn and grow professionally.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation or consulting fees based on experience.
