Job Summary:
As a Skilled Trades Recruiter, you will own full‐cycle recruitment for pipefitters, electricians, millwrights, and other trades professionals in the manufacturing and construction industries. You’ll source, screen, and place top talent while building long‐term pipelines and guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
Source and engage licensed trades talent via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, certifications, and cultural fit
Write and post keyword‐optimized job descriptions for skilled trades roles
Manage the offer, negotiation, onboarding, and candidate follow‐up process
Monitor market trends, certification requirements, and local wage benchmarks
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Conduct on‐site interviews at client locations across Tennessee
Qualifications:
2+ years recruiting in skilled trades, construction, industrial, or related sectors
Proven success placing pipefitters, electricians, millwrights, or similar roles
Strong knowledge of trade certifications, industry terminology, and wage standards
Excellent communication, relationship‐building, and organizational skills
Proficiency with ATS/recruitment tools and Microsoft Office or Teams
Ability to juggle multiple requisitions in a fast‐paced environment
Residency in the Nashville, TN area and willingness to travel occasionally
