We’re Hiring: Luxury Showroom Manager – New York, NY

We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Luxury Showroom Manager to lead our New York showroom. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering a luxury experience that drives results and builds long-term customer loyalty.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead direct-to-consumer sales efforts in our New York showroom
• Proactively reach out to clients via phone, text, email, and in-person appointments
• Build and manage a strong personal client book, focusing on relationship development and retention
• Create and execute tailored clienteling strategies to generate repeat business
• Keep detailed and organized CRM records with up-to-date notes and follow-ups
• Provide exceptional service and product expertise across both fashion and fine jewelry categories
• Merchandise the showroom to reflect brand standards and support the sales process
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, POS data entry, and reporting
• Monitor and report on both personal and showroom sales performance
• Mentor and support team members to meet shared sales goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a strong track record of direct-to-client success
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for developing a client base
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Proficient in CRM and POS systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• An existing book of clients is a strong plus
