This position requires a thorough understanding of IT systems and applications, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The analyst will address complex issues and provide both deskside and remote support. Responsibilities Serves as the initial point of contact for users. Delivers prompt support, troubleshooting, and resolutions for technical problems. The role entails explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. Collaborates effectively with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues. Identifies recurring technical issues, contribute insights for improvement, and solve problems proactively. Creates and maintains documentation of technical issues and solutions, to create a knowledge base for future reference. Delivers comprehensive support, monitoring, and maintenance of conference rooms and audiovisual infrastructure. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirements Education College degree in the field of computer related studies. (Preferred) Experience in place of education is acceptable. CompTIA Security+ (required within first 6 months of start) Experience At least 2 years of help desk or service desk experience. Professional Knowledge Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune. Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office products. Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems for desktops and servers. Experience with Active Directory User & Account Administration. Knowledge of computer operating systems and hardware. Proficient in imaging computer systems. An understanding of ITIL principles. Personal Attributes Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service excellence. Work Conditions 40-hour on-site work week with on-call availability for after hours and rotating weekends. Sitting for extended periods of time. Proficiency in using hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components. Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects such as computers and peripherals. Occasional travel to remote offices may be required.
