Senior Staff Accountant – Manufacturing
Compensation: $90K–$100K
Location: Northeast Metro (Onsite, Relocation Available)
A growing U.S.-based manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join its team at its north metro facility. This role is part of a collaborative finance group supporting multiple locations and plays a key role in the general accounting function including journal entries, reconciliations, commissions, and month-end close.

What You’ll Focus On
General Accounting
Perform journal entries and assist in month-end close
Process and reconcile commissions and other recurring entries
Prepare account reconciliations and support balance sheet accuracy
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Team Support
Collaborate with accounting team members across multiple U.S. locations
Help identify and implement process improvements
Support ad hoc projects and audit requests as needed
Compliance & Controls
Adhere to GAAP and internal company policies
Support audit preparation and documentation needs
Maintain proper documentation and controls over assigned areas
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of general accounting experience; manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
ERP experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
