Scope:

The Security Guard is responsible for protecting company assets and providing a safe environment for all Team Members and guests.

Job Duties:

• Champion our code of conduct and always adhere to professionalism
• Provides directions within our facility and escorts to guests in need
• Aids civil and law enforcement authorities as required
• Regularly provides escorts of assets and persons in asset handling positions
• Patrols all sections of the property to identify safety hazards and breaks in our security standards
• Documents all applicable incidences in accordance with company policy
• Records all lost and found items with detailed descriptions of people and incidents
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the department and adheres to departmental and company policies, remaining in compliance with all applicable rules, laws and regulations.
• The ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting ad positive working relationships with co-workers and guests
• Ability to keep a friendly and calm demeanor in high-stress situations and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision or as a part of a team
• Attends all required meetings and training courses mandated by the company

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a New Hampshire Gaming License and Badge

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting, standing and reaching
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs

• 8 to 10 hour shifts available
• Flexible work schedules
• Day Shift
• Swing Shift
• Night Shift
• Weekdays
• Weekends
• Holidays
