Job Description:

USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

Strategic Mission Applications & Systems Support Manager provides technical oversight and overarching management for the Rogue Blue SWF (RBS) Engineering Team. Responsible for the planning, design, installation, engineering, testing validation, integration, packaging, and documentation of new IT solutions and capabilities within the RBS environment. Oversees the operation and maintenance of all RBS server, storage, and network infrastructure, including the timely application of approved cybersecurity patches, software, and software updates as required. Manages and maintains identified system components (hardware, software, and network) to meet critical and non-critical mission requirements IAW the Government directives. Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 15+ years of related experience
● Required Certifications: FITSP-D or GCSA or GISF or SSCP.

Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months ● Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
● Location: Offutt AFB
●US Citizenship Required

● Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Managing Professional; or Certified Agile Leadership (CAL I, II); Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM); or Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer Expert; or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); or Certified DevOps Leader (DOL); or Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer.

● Master's degree Preferred

The likely salary range for this position is $144,410 - $195,378. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
