Overview Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick is accepting applications for the Winter Session term, with courses beginning in December 2025 until January 2026. The school seeks qualified candidates who will contribute to the University’s educational mission and the Rutgers Business School’s academic objectives and goals, combining learning and enterprise. Programs include Accounting and Information Systems, Administrative Studies, Finance and Economics, Marketing, Business Fashion, Management and Global Business, Management Systems and Information Science, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Analytics and Intelligence, Information Technology and Analytics, Quantitative Finance, Business Innovation, Executive MBA, MBA programs (various concentrations), Doctoral Programs, International Programs, among others. Successful candidates will be responsible for: instructing/co-instructing courses at the graduate and/or undergraduate level (may include traditional lecture, hybrid, and/or fully online courses); preparing course materials (syllabi, presentations, hand-outs, reading materials, etc.); providing advisement and constructive feedback to students as well as instruction regarding student work and academic standards; responding to student emails and inquiries; adhering to grade submission policies and deadlines; adhering to University policies and regulations; practicing innovative educational methodology.
