Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a driven and strategic Project Manager to lead complex Building Automation System (BAS) projects within the rapidly growing data center sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for BAS installations in data center environments.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in project management within building automation, HVAC controls, or MEP systems.

• Proven ability to manage complex technical projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
