About the Role

The Polling Project Director will manage polling projects from survey design through final reporting, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage polling projects from survey design through final reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, accurate project execution.
• Track budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Edit survey drafts, toplines, and presentation reports.
• Compile and analyze public opinion data for strategic use.
• Support partners with research insights and political recommendations.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years experience in political or opinion research.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational time management.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting.
• Experience in Republican politics, public affairs, and polling.
• Experience managing research vendors and project timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SPSS, R, or statistical software.

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: $80-100k with competitive bonuses.
