Assumes responsibility for overseeing hematology/oncology clinical pharmacy services. Facilitates the development, implementation, advancement, and maintenance of pharmacy services. Promotes desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapies. Serves as a resource to other pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and health care professionals, as well as addresses the learning needs of staff.
This is a Full Time 40hr per week benefitted position.

Paid Time Off: Time Off Paid time off is accrued per pay period based on hours worked. This includes six paid holidays.
Shift Differential:10% evening, 20% night, and 15% weekend shift differentials when applicable.

- Current unrestricted NH licensure (or eligible)
- Board Certification in Specialty Pharmacy (CSP) within 3 years of hire for Manager of Specialty Pharmacy.
- BLS Certification within 30 days of hire for Manager of Retail or Specialty Pharmacy if required to administer immunizations
