We’re looking for a new Full-Time personal trainer to help us with the large demand of people that need our help.

Continuing Education: On-Demand Access to the world's best trainers for an immersive continuing education experience. This will ultimately allow you to fine tune your craft and provide industry leading training to those who need it most. Yearly team travel to seminars, and continuing education budget allocated to class work!
No Sales: No need to stress about making sales or quotas… WE will handle that for you…
Compensation: It’s awesome here but we’re certainly not going to ask you to work for free. Comp ranges from $20-$50per hour to start!
Benefits: We provide a healthy allotment of continuing education opportunities, paid vacation, and monthly team events to bring our team to success!
Career Advancement: Career growth is one of our highest priorities for anyone on our team. Since we are one of the fastest growing fitness businesses in LA, business development and operations positions will be available upon qualifications! In time, hopefully next year, salaried gym operations management will up for grabs with the addition of a facility to our portfolio! So truly, the opportunities are endless!
Here’s What You'll Need
Po sitive Energy: Having positive energy is not a benefit, it’s a job requirement for us
Great with People: We want someone that is outstanding with people. You must love people and be completely excited about helping others achieve their goals
NO DRAMA: We’ve run a drama free gym for over a decade.
A Learner: You don’t have to be the world’s smartest trainer to work here but you need to have an incredible thirst to become a better trainer, everyday
Certified/Degree: A Personal Trainer Certification or a College Degree is preferred but NOT required to apply.
Experience: 1-3 years’ experience preferred but NOT required, if you’re totally new to this game please do not let that prevent you from applying. We have one of the strongest onboarding systems in the world, we’ll have you ready to go faster than any certification out there.
