Who We Are Looking For: Were looking for a passionate, motivated, and experienced
licensed tattoo artist with expertise in permanent makeup and microblading to join our team in Murfreesboro!
Our Culture: The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash and brow services with 140+ locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including extensions, lash lifts, tinting, brow lamination, threading and more. And now we have a dedicated PMU room at our newest location in Murfreesboro. When our guests visit The Lash Lounge Murfreesboro - The Avenue, they enter a luxurious retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can face the world feeling beautiful and confident.

Requirements: Valid
Tennessee Tattoo Artist License A minimum of
1 year of permanent makeup experience A portfolio featuring
at least 20 high-caliber microblading, powder, lips, or eyeliner clients Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to create an inviting, spa-like experience for clients

Your Responsibilities:
Provide
an exceptional, spa-like experience for every guest Educate clients on proper after-care routines and suggest the best products to aid healing and retention
Perform
thorough consultations and keep clear notes for future care
Maintain a
clean, sanitary, and well-stocked workspace Support team members by keeping the
common areas spotless and well-equipped trash and restocking when needed
Assist with
promotional events and marketing initiatives to grow the business
Your Qualifications:
Valid
Tennessee Tattoo Artist License Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service abilities Ability to
work professionally and collaborate within a team Initiative and willingness to learn always eager to grow and improve
Organized, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic Ability to identify additional tasks and help wherever needed
Curiosity and a passion for developing your artistry
