About the Role We seek a proactive Pension Administrator (or Senior Pension Administrator) to manage a diverse portfolio of defined contribution plans in a remote, client-facing role. The initial caseload will start at 40–50 plans, growing to 80 plans over time. Key Responsibilities Manage eligibility, employee data corrections, contribution calculations Perform compliance testing and prepare reports (Forms 5500, 8955-SSA, etc.) Support audits and explain plan documents and amendments Provide client support, clear communication, and strategic recommendations Engage in ongoing professional development and team collaboration Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred ASPPA/NIPA credentials preferred; uncredentialed applicants supported to earn QKA/QKC within 6-12 months Minimum 5 years in a TPA firm working with defined contribution plans Proficiency in ASC, Microsoft Office, Teams; familiarity with PensionPro a plus High-speed internet, quiet workspace, availability during business hours Application Interested?
