Job Description
Scout’s Network Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the network infrastructure supporting our renewable energy power plants, remote operations center, and corporate office. This role requires technical expertise in multiprotocol networks, multilayer switches, next-generation firewalls, and central management systems.
Our network environment consists of Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco networking devices, with WAN connectivity via IPSec tunnels and SD-WAN solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage automation and monitoring tools to maintain high availability and ensure SLAs are met. They should also be comfortable navigating change management processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust network solutions.
The Network Engineer will report to the Senior Manager, Information Technology and Cybersecurity.

Compensation
Target base salary: $75,000-110,000 depending on experience. (Negotiable for the right candidate.) Attractive bonus potential.
