We are seeking a NetSuite Admin/Techno-functional Admin who will be instrumental in supporting business transformation initiatives, working across functional areas such as Lead-to-Cash, Customer Service, Billing, and Integrations. The Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing scalable NetSuite solutions, defining system architecture, and collaborating with engineering teams to implement best practices and optimizations. This position plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of NetSuite projects, system enhancements, and process improvements within the enterprise ecosystem. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments: BS Degree or additional amount of experience in lieu of a degree; Minimum of 5 years of experience in NetSuite solution architecture, system design, or enterprise applications; Experience in designing and implementing scalable NetSuite solutions for functional areas like Lead-to-Cash, Billing, and Financials; Expertise in NetSuite ERP, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integrations. It would be great if you also have experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Boomi, or Workday; NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, or ERP Consultant); Familiarity with process improvement frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma. What will you be doing in this role? Design and implement scalable NetSuite solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture; Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to capture and document business requirements; Develop clear and actionable solution designs, including system integrations and data flows; Work closely with engineering teams to groom and refine backlogs, ensuring technical feasibility; Conduct process mapping to analyze current-state operations and identify opportunities for automation and optimization; Act as a liaison between business teams, Product Owners, and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions; Provide architectural guidance and oversight during project execution and sprint development cycles; Assist in prioritizing NetSuite enhancements, ensuring scalability, security, and performance; Monitor implementation progress, track key metrics, and provide updates to stakeholders; Identify and resolve architectural and integration challenges; Promote best practices for NetSuite development, configuration, and administration; Assist in discovery activities by capturing business pain points, defining future-state requirements, and supporting solution design; Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution; Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring that acceptance criteria are testable and validating deliverables against business needs; Maintain up-to-date documentation related to NetSuite architecture, integrations, and business processes; Share knowledge and best practices with stakeholders to improve adoption of NetSuite solutions and enterprise architecture.
