We are a Pediatric clinic that specializes in well child and teen care, behavioral health and acute care. We have been serving families in the Oregon City community for over 30 years. With a team of compassionate pediatricians and support staff, the clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, family-centered care from birth through adolescence.

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Scribe or Medical Assistant to support several pediatric providers with real-time charting and workflow coordination. This role focuses on keeping appointments running smoothly and ensuring accurate documentation. Perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about working with children and families!

Responsibilities

• Accompany provider into patient visits to document in real-time
• Enter notes, history, exam findings, and orders into the EHR or chart
• Prep charts, track labs/orders, and manage documentation follow-up
• Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow
• Communicate with families, triage needs, and assist with admin tasks
• Occasionally assist with vitals or back office tasks, if needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Certified Medical Assistant or prior scribe experience preferred
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Experience in pediatric or outpatient clinic setting is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with common EHRs (Epic, NextGen, etc.)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 5:00PM)

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 Hourly
