About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our dynamic marketing team at a fast-growing SaaS company. This role will be responsible for owning and evolving our WordPress-based marketing website to ensure exceptional user experience, performance, and conversion optimization. As the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution, you’ll implement new features, maintain site health, optimize for SEO and speed, and support a variety of campaign needs. You should be deeply familiar with Elementor and WordPress development, and passionate about creating beautiful, functional, and high-performing digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage and evolve the company’s WordPress website, ensuring it is fast, responsive, and secure. Build and maintain pages and components using Elementor , with a strong focus on UX, brand consistency, and responsiveness. Partner closely with marketers, designers, and content creators to implement landing pages, A/B tests, popups, forms, and other lead gen elements. Create and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins when necessary to support marketing objectives. Optimize the site for technical SEO , mobile performance, and accessibility. Integrate marketing and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, VWO, Salesforce). Monitor and improve site performance metrics including load times, uptime, and Core Web Vitals. Ensure that site changes are properly version-controlled and deployed following best practices. Stay up-to-date with WordPress updates, Elementor enhancements, and web development trends. Assistance in developing and integrating interactive and dynamic features: Supporting the creation and implementation of advanced features and animations. Familiarity with web design and curiosity and vision for how to embue the website with unique and functional experiences. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a web developer, with a strong focus on WordPress. Demonstrated proficiency building websites and landing pages with Elementor . Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development. Proficient in WordPress CMS administration and Elementor. Familiarity with SEO best practices , structured data, and site speed optimization. Experience integrating third-party marketing tools (CRMs, analytics, A/B testing platforms). Strong eye for design and user experience, with a detail-oriented mindset. Comfortable working cross-functionally and translating marketing goals into technical execution. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a SaaS or B2B marketing environment. Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and testing methodologies. Knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
