Job Description

We’re looking for an entry level Marketing Campaign Associate to help bring our campaigns to life at our partnering retail locations. If you enjoy talking to people, working as part of a team, and want to gain hands-on experience while making a real impact, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute dynamic marketing campaigns within partner retail locations to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
• Represent brand messaging clearly and confidently to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Ensure a consistent and professional appearance, upholding brand standards in all customer interactions while obtaining their information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign logistics, and generate leads for out clients.
• Mentor and assist in onboarding new staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Lead diverse teams, providing clear direction and support to drive individual and group performance, contributing to sustained campaign success and brand growth.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple retail locations.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule (weekend availability may be required).
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and interacting with the public.
