Job Description

JDP is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Madison, WI area! The candidate will be responsible for leadership of the Maintenance Department this will include equipment, buildings, and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and address problems in a timely manner
• Identify critical inventory level for maintenance equipment and select effective suppliers
• Plan, budget, and execute capital improvement projects
• Establish facility sanitation goals and maintain documentation
• Partner with engineering management for projects to include maintenance programs, training, etc.
• Establish measurement techniques, determine effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Perform engineering analysis to determine root cause for critical and repetitive failures
• Administer PM & PPM programs and inventory for all equipment
• Supervise and coach direct reports

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in a distribution center setting
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
