Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Relationship Building: Identify and cultivate new client relationships and referral sources through cold calling, networking, and market outreach.
  • Market Research: Analyze ownership records, market data, and industry trends to provide clients with informed investment strategies.
  • Client Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling marketing proposals to secure exclusive listing agreements.
  • Property Marketing: Promote exclusive listings to qualified buyers
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers, and purchase contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Client Advisory: Advise clients on tailored real estate investment strategies to meet their financial goals.

Daily Routine

  • Advising clients on investment strategies to maximize wealth creation.
  • Collaborating with team members to share insights and close deals.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience: Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory; coachability is essential.
  • Licensing: Real estate license required (not needed for initial interview).
  • IN PERSON -- Ability to commute to our office located at Diamond View Tower overlooking Petco Park.
