$70,000 - $80,000 Per Year

There is a 10k retention bonus with sign on.

Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Overtime available.

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a full time Maintenance Coordinator in the London area! We are a full-service staffing firm working with local companies to fill jobs with great talent like you!

In this role you will:

• Being attentive to your team, ensuring clarity of expectations and providing training and coaching as needed.
• Providing leadership through performance planning using Continuous Improvement Discussions to ensure achievement of departmental targets.
• Developing and maintaining budgets.
• Coordinating maintenance/repair improvement projects and ordering the necessary parts for projects in order to contribute to reducing reject rates and cycle times.

We like to hear from candidates with:

• 3-years of maintenance experience.
• 1 years experience with Robotics and/or automation.
• 1-year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Experience with robotics and automation
• Experience with machine vision and other sensing systems operations
