Founded in 1978, it is a U.S. Customs Broker, Foreign Freight Forwarder, and Third-Party Logistics Provider. The company focuses on providing high-quality import and export services to drive the growth of its clients' businesses.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Specialist. The Import Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to import shipments. This includes processing import documents, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Import and International Trade regulations and procedures
• Experience in Customer Service and Import Export operations
• Proficiency in using automated systems such as ACE and Importer Security Filing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High School Diploma (Prefer higher education Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field experience)
• Experience in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or related industry is preferred
• Cargowise software experience is preferred

The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of urgency, be detail-oriented, and able to work seamlessly within a team to achieve desired results.
