Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and heart-led Sales Closer (Enrollment Coach) to join our team at Cayla Noelle Health . In this role, you will be the first impression of our flagship program, Gut Health Harmony. You will connect with qualified leads, guide them through our proven sales process, handle objections with empathy, and confidently enroll them into our health coaching programs.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, personal growth, and wellness, and thrives in helping others make empowered decisions. This is a fully remote, contract-based role that begins part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Run qualified sales calls with leads provided (no cold calling).
• Follow our proven sales script while keeping conversations natural and empathetic.
• Confidently handle objections around time, money, or commitment.
• Take detailed notes during every call using our provided template.
• Enroll new clients and process payments via Stripe, Klarna, Affirm, or PayPal Credit.
• Communicate daily in Slack for updates, feedback, and team connection.
• Attend weekly team Zoom calls for training and review.
• Maintain professionalism and represent our mission of empowering women in their healing journey.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a natural gift for connection and making people feel heard.
• Has proven sales/closing experience (2035%+ close rate preferred).
• Thrives in handling objections with confidence and care.
• Brings a positive, solution-oriented, and resilient mindset.
• Is organized with notes, follow-ups, and call details.
• Communicates clearly and empathetically (both verbal and written).
• Is passionate about health, wellness, and personal development.
• Can work U.S. hours across PSTEST.
• Is not looking for a side gig or to build their own coaching business but instead wants a long-term growth role within our mission-driven company.

Compensation

• Commission-based role with competitive per-client earnings.
• Part-time to start (816 hours/week), with potential to grow into full-time based on performance.
• High income potential for top performers.
