This is a HIGH PAYING appointment setters' position so no experience is required. We are looking for reliable and eager individuals who are willing to learn and put in the work to be successful with us. When ready, committed appointment setters will then have the opportunity to move up into closing solar deals themselves. Management opportunities available quickly for those who come in and show leadership qualities.
As an appointment setter you are working with the setter team in a targeted area for the week going door to door having a simple conversation with the home owner to learn what day and time that week one of our Solor and Roofing specialist can come and meet with them to see if solar is the route for them.
Our full-time appointment setters are currently scheduled within the hours of 11AM - 8PM Monday thru Friday. This schedule is subject to change as individuals move up into closing deals.
We pay weekly and appointment setters have the opportunity to gain a back up pay structure that they can fall back on if their commissions are low for the week or while in their initial training.
