Harvest Laborer - $19/HR DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable Harvest Laborers to support operations at a well-established company in the area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and wants to be part of a supportive team environment.

This is an evaluation hire opportunity in Pomeroy!

Harvest Laborer highlights:

• Load trucks and assist with loading bulk shipments.

• Support operations by hanging super sacks and stacking products.

• Assist with loading processes and general material handling.

• Perform routine cleaning such as sweeping and washing surfaces.

• Provide support with basic maintenance and repair tasks.

• Follow instructions and complete other duties as assigned by teams leads.

• Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.

What we look for in Harvest Laborer:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Willingness to work in a physically active role with a positive attitude.
• Prior labor or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Basic time management skills and strong attention to details.
