M&M Gutter Services, LLC is a leading, locally owned and operated company dedicated to providing high-quality gutter solutions for both residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Gutter Installer to join our growing team. If you have a strong work ethic and are comfortable working at heights, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain gutters and downspouts on residential and commercial buildings.

• Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and gutter machines.

• Safely and efficiently use ladders to access and work on rooftops and elevated areas.

• Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, with a strong focus on working at heights.

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure project goals are met.

• Ensure all work areas are clean and organized upon project completion.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience working on ladders and at heights.

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in gutter installation or roofing is a significant plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials, up to 75 pounds.

• Comfortable and able to work at heights on ladders for extended periods.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform other physical tasks necessary for the job.

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.

• Possess a good sense of balance and coordination.
