About the Company:

We are currently seeking a Fishing Tool Supervisor . The position is located within our Eagle Ford operating area to be based out of the Pleasanton, TX location. KLX Energy Services LLC provides a broad range of technical solutions and equipment to our customers. This includes drilling, completions, re-fracing, production, workover, and plug and abandonment. About the Role:

Participates in the planning, execution, and management of all phases of any Fishing operations to ensure delivery of services according to client requirements and expectations. Responsible for supervising technical services operations on well site.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides technical support to crew and clients at the well site; maintains communication with client well site representative, rig crew, and field support staff; communicates with internal and external clients
  • Plans and coordinates operations utilizing technical expertise to determine the need, technique, and use of equipment on a well site
  • Advises customer on proper procedures to perform operations and provide instruction; troubleshoots issues on well site to reduce non-productive time; supervises operations on well site
  • Ensures work is performed in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations as well as company and industry standards
  • Prepares and delivers comprehensive job documentation
  • Trains, coaches, and mentors trainees
  • Develops expertise on advanced techniques; participates in knowledge sharing
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Highschool or College Education: NA
  • Work Experience: 4-6 years
  • Relevant experience in open-hole and/or cased-hole operation
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant product line experience
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • Extensive knowledge of Fishing, Thru-Tubing, and related services
  • Extensive knowledge of Motors, Pumps, Compressors and Power Swivels and pressure control relating to a drilling, completion or production operation and related services

Preferred Skills:

  • Highschool or College Education: Highschool Diploma/Equivalent
  • Work Experience: 6-8 years
  • Supervisory Experience: 1-3 years
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite Applications
