We’re looking for a Financial Consultant Specialist to join our team and provide guidance to customers at important life milestones. In this role, you’ll help individuals understand their retirement plan options, make informed choices, and stay on track with their long-term savings goals.

What you’ll do:

• Support customers by phone during key career transitions, such as starting or leaving a job.
• Explain available retirement account options (401(k), IRAs, etc.) and align them with individual savings goals.
• Share plan-specific details and help customers compare options to make confident decisions.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/education experience.
• At least 1 year of sales experience (inside sales preferred).
• Active FINRA licenses, or the ability to obtain Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) within company timelines.
• A proactive, motivated mindset with the ability to quickly learn new information.
• Strong sales, relationship management, and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach when engaging with clients.

What will make you stand out:

• Experience in inbound or phone-based sales.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of retirement products, IRAs, or qualified plan environments.
• A growth mindset and drive to meet individual and team sales targets.
