Financial Account Analyst

HYBRID ROLE: Office/Home Scheduled by Company! (You do not choose the days you work from home or office)

Location: IRVING, TX
SHIFT: 1st 8am to 5pm M-F
PAY: $24.04

Position Summary:
The Financial Support Specialist assists Financial Analysts with financial activities, including data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks. This role supports planning, budgeting, cost control, and project management, helping improve business performance through financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial documents, reports, and policies.
• Conduct analysis of account budgets and financial records to verify transactions.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reports.
• Assist in the monthly/quarterly/year -end close process and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Provide financial support to improve profitability and achieve financial goals.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Analyze budget trends and recommend process improvements.
