Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to support our in-person marketing campaigns and enhance customer engagement . This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kick-start a career in marketing, event planning, fundraising, sales, or brand promotions .

Key Responsibilities
Support the daily execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
Act as a liaison between clients and customers to ensure a seamless customer experience
Help achieve goals related to brand awareness, outreach, and fundraising
Participate in regular team meetings and hands-on training sessions
Share creative ideas to boost event performance and customer satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and effective solutions
Gather and report customer feedback and campaign performance metrics
Provide updates to leadership and contribute to team strategy sessions
Continuously improve communication, organization, and customer service skills
Qualifications
Interest in marketing, events, customer service, or sales
