Electrical Technician III

Employment Type: Contract through 06/15/2026 (High potential for extension)

Location: White Castle, LA (Position based onsite in White Castle, LA with potential for partial remote flexibility.)

Position Overview:

Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician III to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and repairing electrical and electromechanical equipment, performing planned maintenance, and ensuring the safety and reliability of all assigned systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and troubleshoot basic equipment issues, implementing appropriate repairs efficiently and safely.
• Perform planned maintenance (PM), safety inspections, and environmental checks as assigned.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and follow-up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and documentation protocols.
• Assist both more and less experienced technicians with basic and complex repairs to facilitate team success.
• Collaborate with local team members to ensure efficient service delivery across all accounts within the assigned area.
• Document all repair actions thoroughly and submit reports or summaries on schedule.
• Ensure proper care, storage, and calibration of tools, spare parts, and test equipment.
• Stay current with technical knowledge, industry standards, codes, and safety procedures through continuous training.
• Comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience or equivalent formal training in maintaining electronics or electromechanical equipment.
• Trade certificate or equivalent technical training preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain positive customer relations.
