This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven digital marketing professional with 5–8 years of experience in campaign execution, reporting, and analytics, especially those who thrive in fast-paced, multi-client environments.

You’ll play a central role in turning campaign data into strategic insights, optimizing for performance, and collaborating closely with media buyers and client stakeholders. The primary vertical is Higher Education , with the opportunity to expand into other sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Snap, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Provide clear, data-backed insights and reports that improve ROI and drive client performance goals.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers and internal teams to align optimization efforts with broader strategy.
  • Participate in client meetings to provide performance insights and technical expertise (not client-facing leadership).
  • Implement and manage tracking pixels and analytics integrations across multiple platforms.
  • Stay current with platform updates, ad trends, and digital best practices.
  • Efficiently manage multiple client accounts, balancing simultaneous campaign execution, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and campaign enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization.
  • High proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital platforms.
  • Strong skills in Google Looker Studio, Funnel.io , or similar dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to turn data into qualitative insights.
  • Experience with tracking pixel creation and deployment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, must be self-driven and capable of managing multiple projects at once.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing to both strategic and executional aspects of campaigns.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Google Workspace apps.
  • Agency, media firm, or Higher Education marketing experience is a strong plus.

What You’ll Get:

  • A key role within a small, close-knit, and growing team
  • A flexible hybrid work schedule (Mon/Tue/Thu onsite; Wed/Fri remote)
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership and exposure to strategic media decisions
  • A chance to grow professionally in an expanding company with long-term career potential

If you’re a digital media expert who thrives in analytical, collaborative, and fast-paced environments and you're excited by the chance to shape campaign performance for mission-driven clients, this is your opportunity.

Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. We are not able to consider C2C arrangements or third-party submissions.
