Mine Baseball is on a mission to redefine what a modern baseball brand looks like. We're growing fast, and we’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate to be the voice of our brand across email, social media, and customer touchpoints.

You’ll work closely with our warehouse and leadership team to ensure customers have a seamless, high-quality experience from order to delivery—and beyond.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Irving, TX . We’re looking for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and excited to grow with us.

• Respond to customer inquiries across email, social media, and online platforms
• Enter and manage orders within our fulfillment system (Shopify)
• Handle returns, exchanges, and shipping issues with professionalism and empathy
• Collaborate daily with the warehouse team to resolve customer needs quickly
• Monitor trends in customer feedback and flag opportunities to improve
• Help shape how our brand sounds and feels to our growing fanbase

• Excellent writing skills – clear, friendly, error-free communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience with customer service or support tools (Shopify, Gorgias, etc. – or quick to learn)
• Professional, positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
• Passion for baseball is a big plus (we’re building this for players, by players)
• Must be local to DFW and able to work in our Irving office daily
