Opportunity:

Seeking a motivated Corporate Tax Manager to oversee Federal and State income tax compliance functions. This role will assist with tax audits, ASC 740/FIN 48 matters, and coordinate with external financial statement auditors. Core Responsibilities:

• Manage Federal and State income tax compliance activities.
• Support quarterly and annual effective tax rate calculations under ASC 740 and FIN 48.
• Assist with Federal and State income tax audits and related notices.
• Contribute to income tax planning initiatives and project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and 5+ years of professional accounting experience (or equivalent education and experience).
• 2+ years of experience in team management, development, or project leadership.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
• Intermediate knowledge of U.S. and State income tax laws and US GAAP accounting for income taxes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of CorpTax Compliance system, SAP, and Hyperion preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; proficient with other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise 6–8 team members and external consultants.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and conflict resolution activities following organizational policies and laws.
