Construction Assistant Project Manager - Mechanical

📍 Location: Medina or Columbus, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior project managers
• Support the resolution of project-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery
• Handle project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Attend project meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
• 1+ years of experience in project coordination or support (internships accepted)
• Knowledge of project management principles; familiarity with the mechanical industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) is a plus
