Looking for an experienced construction helper to work in Sierra Vista for next month on a project. $22. Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with  excavation and preparation of  concrete footers for outdoor installations.
• Participate in the  assembly and erection of shade structures in accordance with design specifications.
• Utilize and maintain tools and equipment with safety and efficiency in mind.
• Follow all  safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
• Work collaboratively with supervision to ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain a  professional attitude and demonstrate reliability in attendance and performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and address challenges.
• Requirements:
• Foundational knowledge of construction principles and prior relevant experience are highly preferred.
• Proficiency with  basic tools and the ability to learn new equipment as needed.
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as  lifting ,  bending , and  standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work  outdoors in various weather conditions .
• Strong  work ethic and dedication to delivering quality results.
• Ability to  follow instructions and adapt to supervision.
• Excellent  communication and teamwork skills .
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
